General description

The auditee was located at No. 30-3, 30-4 Plant, Guangzhou Road, Economic Development Zone, Rushan City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, China. (中国⼭东省威海市乳⼭市经济开发区⼴州路30-3，30-4号⼚房). Total building area occupied by auditee was about 4628.99 square meters.

Based on site tour, the auditee was within one independent compound, no any other company was in the compound. There were total three buildings within the compound, one 2-storey building was used by auditee as office and production workshop; one 2-storey building was used by auditee as production workshop and warehouse; another flat building was used by landlord as sundry warehouse. All the buildings were owned to the landlord, the auditee rent the buildings from the landlord.

The main products manufactured by the auditee were Disposable Heat Pack (hand warmer, body warmer, toe warmer, foot warmer, etc.). The main production processes were listed as follows: mixing, feeding, foot making lines, sealing and packing, etc. The auditee management demonstrated a willingness to improve all findings found during the audit. The peak season was not obvious in the auditee. No dormitory and canteen were provided to workers. The auditee management was cooperative with this audit.
